Welcome to my homepage. My name is Shinichi-Kamijo. I am one amateur who creates the amplifier by the hobby.
A main content of my homepage is a report of my self-made power amplifier published in
the MJ magazine before.
I hope for imagination of everybody to be stimulated even a little by my homepage.
I challenged the use of various device to the final stage of the power amplifier.
And, My original circuits were designed by utilizing the characteristic of the devices.
My principle is not to change the sound with the amplifier.
The distortion and the noise have been decreased by devising the circuit as much as
possible.
I think that I should lower the output impedance of the amplifier, and drive the speaker
powerfully to obtain the high fidelity sound from the speaker.
The following pages have my result.

Ultra low on
resistance MOS-FET 2SK1380 single ended. stereo. Because Cascode stage is class B SEPP, a big output can be efficiently taken out. And, because VDS is extremely low though output stage is class A single ended which operates by a big idling current, the channel dissipation is small. |
